Nicola Horlick has achieved much, but in the face of adversity and personal tragedy has achieved even more as demonstrated through her latest venture, Georgina’s a restaurant that will open in a few weeks’ time is a morning café, lunchtime deli and à la carte evening restaurant, with enough Eames chairs and natty white tables to serve 50 people at a time.
