This week’s recipe of the week is Puy Lentils with Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette from Edinburgh based chef Martin Wishart and courtesy of www.greatbritishchefs.com

Celebrate Bacon Connoisseurs Week, with an earthy lentil dish completely enlivened and transformed with bacon & lardons. Lentils can be seen as a bit boring and ‘worthy’, but cooked in this way and then tossed in a punchy mustard dressing they are delicious. Serve with grilled or roasted chicken or barbecued lime marinated flank steak.
