4 Star Deluxe Hotel Central London
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a large 4 star deluxe Hotel in central London. You would be responsible for the all accounting, controlling and financial aspects of the business, the successful candidate will have Hotel accounting experience in a senior role , will have managed a large team and have worked within a property or business associated with high volume conference and events.
As Financial Controller, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all financial controls & processes, providing informative financial analysis’ in order to create and deliver financial targets, timely monthly reporting and the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts.
You would be required to drive the business forward and challenge decisions to achieve strong results. The Financial Controller is also responsible for supervising, coaching and developing his/her direct reports, you must implement relevant procedures in order for your team of 20 to work both effectively and efficiently, implementing cost control measures and maximising company profits.
The ideal candidate will have at least one years experience within a similar Hotel role, this is a self accounting role and you will have managed a large team. You will be driven and determined to succeed.
