A 5* hotel in Central London is looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to run their team of reservation agents
As Reservation Manager it would be your responsibility to ensure your team are maximising sales and taking advantage of all sales opportunities. You would also be responsible for achieving high occupancy levels and controlling room rates.
It would be your responsibility to ensure your team are trained to a high level and provide an excellent service to all clients.
Previous London experience working within a busy 5* property is essential.
You must be computer literate.
Great communication skills are also essential.
