Andrew Ives, formally Head Chef at Knebworth House and Sodexo Prestige events, has delighted a plethora of guests with his innovative cooking for over 20 years.
Ives has taken on the role of Head Chef with immaculate attention to detail resulting in a superb collection of unique vegetarian, meat and seafood dishes such as; Foie gras torchon on toasted brioche with honey & pickled vegetables, Grilled cutlet of English Rose veal, fricassee of peas & potatoes, and Spatchcock corn-fed chicken for two with a herb, lemon & garlic baste.
Sodexo Prestige, the award winning caterers, have been contracted to run the restaurant.
