As Recruitment and H R Officer you will be responsible for organising open days and dealing with all the craft level recruitment for one of his brand new restaurant brands which will be rolled out across the UK starting very soon.

You will be a highly organised individual and will have experience of high volume recruitment, organising open days and assessment centres and be capable of managing recruitment processes in a highly pressurised environment.

In addition to managing the craft level recruitment you will all assist the Human Resources Business Partner in offering H R advice to the restaurant teams and fielding queries across the business.

In addition to your recruitment experience you will have a positive approach to your work, high energy and a real can do attitude.
