Susan Nash, trade communications manager at Kraft Foods UK, said: “Philadelphia and Kenco both offer quality and versatility to the professional kitchen, and we’re delighted to be showcasing both at the Restaurant Show 2011. It’s great to be able to celebrate young chefs once again after the success of our first competition, and we’re looking forward to seeing even more creativity from this year’s contenders!”
The competition opens for entries at the beginning of 2012.
