A deadline for first bids on the Crowne Plaza Cambridge has been set by Christie + Co. The company, marketing the hotel on behalf of administrators Grant Thornton for offers in excess of £35 million, is seeking first bids by 12 noon on Friday 14th October 2011.
The 198-room Crowne Plaza sits in a location of limited hotel supply and offers high quality private and corporate guest facilities, in addition to being perfectly situated for the delights of Cambridge and the surrounding area.
