The Exeter Office of leading licensed property agents, Christie + Co, has been instructed to market the freehold interest of The Old Thatch, a 16th Century inn, on behalf of Ian Walker and John Kelly of Begbies Traynor, the UK’s leading business rescue, recovery and restructuring specialists who are acting as Joint Administrators of TOTI Ltd.
