The Exeter Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co, has been instructed to offer for sale The Kings Arms in Bideford, Devon. Bideford is an attractive town on the west bank of the River Torridge, where the river begins to widen to form the estuary.
The Kings Arms is a three-storey, Grade II Listed building believed to have been constructed in the mid-1500s as a public house and inn. Although updated over the years, the property remains largely unaltered – although certain partitions have been removed – and the majority of its beams are still original.
