If you’re lunching in Knightsbridge, check this out

By James Russell: If you’re lunching in Knightsbridge, check this out

July 12, 2011

Hospitality and Catering News were invited to check out the MU restaurant at the Knightsbridge Millennium Hotel recently, here’s what we thought.

The restaurant business is highly competitive these days, with many high quality options available in all parts of Central London. This can make life difficult for restaurants located in hotels, where they will have to work extra hard to establish and maintain awareness, profile, and custom.

The MU restaurant inside the Knightsbridge Millennium Hotel is situated – with cocktail bar – around the impressive atrium, giving it an interesting location and ambience, matched by the menu, which is a ‘modern’ mix of Asian and French.

At lunchtime – when we visited – the food represented not only high quality, but excellent value for this part of London. The food was consistently tasty and well-presented, and the main course of Spatch Cock with Hoisin Lime Sauce was both tender and full of flavour – no hesitation here in recommending it. And – at £24.50 fixed price for 3 substantial courses plus glass of house wine – represents excellent value.

So, if you’re lunching in Knightsbridge, you should check out MU!
