As a lead up to the prized white truffle season in November, Alessandro Bay, head chef at Refettorio, one of the City’s finest Italian restaurant’s, has created a Summer Black Truffle menu, designed to tempt aficionados who yearn for a longer white truffle season.

Under the directorship of Giorgio Locatelli, Refettorio is one of the city’s finest Italian restaurants and will be showcasing the Black Truffle menu from 20th June, priced at £40 per person.

Refettorio Summer Black Truffle Menu

Starter

Pan-fried eggs served on toasted corn bread, green leaves with Parmesan cheese and black truffle

Entrée

Home made tagliatelle with pancetta, butter, chives and black summer truffle

Main

Pan-fried veal chop served on a bed of leeks and potato cream finished with black truffle

Desert

Coffee and Amaretti
