As a lead up to the prized white truffle season in November, Alessandro Bay, head chef at Refettorio, one of the City’s finest Italian restaurant’s, has created a Summer Black Truffle menu, designed to tempt aficionados who yearn for a longer white truffle season.
Under the directorship of Giorgio Locatelli, Refettorio is one of the city’s finest Italian restaurants and will be showcasing the Black Truffle menu from 20th June, priced at £40 per person.
