A collection of fine country house hotels in England, Scotland and Wales are to be marketed for sale by Christie + Co, leading business advisors to the hotel sector.
This award-winning portfolio, consisting of castles, stately homes and some of the UK’s most famous country house hotels, is being marketed on behalf of The Administrators of von Essen Hotels Limited.
Between them, the 26 hotels are classified across three types: Classic Hotels; Luxury Family Hotels; and Country Hotels.
Within the UK group are some of the most historic hotels in the world including Cliveden and The Royal Crescent Hotel, Bath. The opportunity to own and operate such unique properties will not be repeated for generations and interest from UK and overseas buyers will be intense.
