The restaurant, located on Rochester Row, which runs between Victoria Street and Vauxhall Bridge Road in Pimlico, trades on the ground floor where there is a substantial bar/servery and space for 60-70 covers. In good weather, additional tables can be placed outside for al fresco dining.
The current lease expires in September 2011, but Christie + Co is advised that the landlord has agreed to issue another 15-year lease with the current rent of £36,000 per annum.

The leasehold on 2Amici is available for £160,000.
