A popular London Bavarian bierhaus is being offered for sale by Christie + Co’s London Bars & Restaurants Team.
The Bierschenke bar in Essex Street, London, enjoys good levels of trade from local office workers and has massive potential to increase business further.
Christie + Co’s Barry Fitzgerald, who is handling the sale, says: “Bierschenke is a popular bar with lots of potential and would be a fine addition to any operator’s portfolio.”
The leasehold interest of Bierschenke is being offered at a premium of £40,000.
