Michelin starred Galton Blackiston has given an exclusive petit pois ice cream recipe to the British Frozen Food Federation’s N-Ice restaurant.
Running for one week only from 8-12 August 2011, N-Ice is a gourmet restaurant that will serve the finest epicurean food – including signature celebrity chef dishes – made entirely from frozen ingredients.
The stunning menu already features a starter and a main from Great British Menu’s Atul Kochhar and a delightful vegetarian dish from Something for the Weekend’s Simon Rimmer.
Blackiston developed his unique petit pois ice cream at Morston Hall – his intimate country house hotel on the Norfolk coast that has been awarded three red rosettes and a Michelin star.
