Christie + Co has been instructed to dispose of four freehold public houses located in East Anglia and the Home Counties, either as a package or on an individual basis.
The four properties, which are run under management, are:
- Dog & Gun, Little Waltham, Essex
- Saracens Head, Dunstable, Bedfordshire
- Crown Inn, Aston End, Hertfordshire
- Woolpack, Terrington St John, Norfolk
Currently owned by an investment fund, other recent sales by Christie + Co for this client includes the Angel at Stoke-by-Nayland and the Lamb on the Strand, Trowbridge.
Anthony Jenkins of Christie + Co Corporate Pubs says: “The introduction of these assets to the market at competitive prices makes this a tremendous opportunity to pick up some great freehold pub-restaurants.”
Prices for the freeholds range from £295,000 to £475,000.
