Three freehold bar/restaurants in the south of England are being marketed for sale by Christie + Co on behalf of The Restaurant Group.Situated in the affluent areas of Shepperton, Guildford and Fareham, the three businesses benefit from their characterful presence and enjoy high turnover.

The Bar & Grill is situated in the village Old Shepperton, Middlesex. A detached two-storey building, it has a reception bar for 14 people, a conservatory-feel dining area for 65 and an enclosed courtyard garden for a further 16. An additional feature of the property is an office and three staff bedrooms. With a forecast turnover for 2011 of around £650,000, the freehold is available for offers around a guide price of £1.1 million.

Hollyhocks in the pleasant residential village of Bramley near Guildford is believed to date back to the 18th century and has a three-section restaurant, catering for 58 with a further restaurant area on the first floor for 28. The bar/restaurant retains many of its original features and artefacts. The business is forecast to turnover £380,000 this year. Offers are being sought around a guide price of £750,000.

The busy market town of Fareham, convenient for both Portsmouth and Southampton is home to the distinctive Georgian building of Brasserie 68. As well as two dining areas and a bar seating 87 in total, the business has additional function and meeting rooms and an unused 2nd floor, three-bedroom flat. With turnover of £555,000 forecast in 2011, offers for the freehold are being sought around a guide price of £975,000.
