If you have a good generalist H R background with excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law, good organisational development expertise, the ability to deliver results and achieve targets then this is a superb role for you.
We are looking for a confident, focused H R Manager with the ability really influence at all levels and the capability to provide a broad range of quality H R services to a Hotel based in Central London
Your responsibilities will includes succession planning, performance management, coaching and supporting managers on disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment & selection, managing a team member and giving advice on recruitment issues, action plans and change programmes, as well as pro-actively seeking ways to improve H R service and delivery. Working towards or CIPD qualified you will be a strong robust communicator with first class problem solving, analytical and problem solving skills.
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager and UK HR Director you will build working relationships across the work force with a high degree of commitment and enthusiasm and have previous experience of working in a H R generalist role in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment.
This is a great role for a H R Manager who is ready for a move into a fast paced HR Generalist environment.
