Denizen Contracts has started the fit out for Sanguine Hospitality’s boutique hotel, Marco Pierre White restaurant and spa at the iconic Cube building in Birmingham.
Denizen Contracts was established in 2007 by the Monetier/Sanguine Hospitality Group, after it became dissatisfied with external construction companies.
The firm is currently involved in the pre-planning of a further half a dozen restaurants associated with the MPW brand across the country.
The 26-week Cube build programme sees work start on the 14,197 sq ft skyline restaurant, situated on the 25th floor.
Development of the 52 bedroom hotel on levels 23 and 24 will also be completed through the contract.
