A press release from Harvester’s stated – We’re pleased to announce that we are the first UK-wide restaurant brand to print dish-by-dish calorie information on our menus.
Launching in all of our Harvesters from Monday, 7th March, calorie information will be printed on our menus for individual dishes including starters, mains, sauces, sides and desserts. Combined with over 1,500 combinations available on our Salad & Grill menu, we’re now providing even more information to help you to choose your perfect meal.
We’ve also developed a web based meal calculator to allow you to view the information in a simple, user friendly format. This not only tells you the nutritional information for your menu selection, but also how much it will cost – perfect for planning your meal before you come and visit us!
Our Salad & Grill menu concept is perfectly designed for using this information, as it gives you maximum possible choice over your meal, allowing you to mix and match our fabulous grilled dishes, sumptuous sauces, side dishes and of course unlimited visits to our famous Harvester Salad Cart.
In the coming weeks we will also launch a free to download iPhone app which will provide finger tip access to menus, calorie information, nutritional breakdowns and allergen guidance.
