Against Breast Cancer announces partnership with twin restaurants

By James Russell: Against Breast Cancer announces partnership with twin restaurants

March 3, 2011

Against Breast Cancer has just announced a new partnership with twin restaurants The Tree at Iffley, Oxford and The Tree at Cadmore End, High Wycombe. A series of exciting events are planned for their customers, helping to raise awareness and funds for the charity’s work.

Both restaurants specialise in a mixture of traditional English and International Cuisine and have developed a strong reputation for high quality food and accommodation amongst local and international visitors.

Rajinda Pal, Director of The Tree Restaurants said ‘We have many guests who are highly conscientious about the factors that lie behind the recent rise in breast cancer statistics in the UK, including diet and lifestyle. We are only too pleased to be able to help Against Breast Cancer as we feel their pioneering work is so valuable and our customers are interested in finding out more about it.’

Gordon Vallance, Director of Against Breast Cancer said ‘This partnership will give us the opportunity to talk about what we are doing in greater depth which is topical as 1 in 8 women are now diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. We look forward to working with the highly dedicated and committed teams at both restaurants and to enjoying their wonderful hospitality and cuisine.’

Each of ‘The Trees’ is hosting its own celebratory launch event – Iffley’s taking place on 24th March and Cadmore End’s on 7th April, with keynote speakers from the charity.

The mouth watering price of £22.50 per person includes a sparkling pink cocktail and a delicious 2 course lunch.

The launches will be followed by a host of different events throughout the year which can be booked direct at www.treehotel.co.uk
