Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (“Fuller’s”), London’s traditional family brewer, today announces that Lynn Fordham, Chief Executive Officer of SVG Capital, has been appointed to the Fuller’s Board as a Non Executive Director, with effect from January 18, 2011. Lynn will join both the Remuneration and Audit committees in addition to her seat on the Board.

Lynn Fordham is currently CEO of SVG Capital, a FTSE 250 private investment and fund management business based in London. She has previously held senior financial, strategic and operational roles at Barratt Developments P.L.C., BAA P.L.C., Boots Group P.L.C, Man Group plc, BAT and Mobil Oil including roles focused on audit and risk.
Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that the one disclosable directorship for Ms Fordham is her current directorship of SVG Capital plc. There are no further details required to be disclosed under paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
