New 3100 Series DECT phones provide all the on-site communications functions in one handset that once needed two or more communications devices. The handsets are designed specifically for hospitality. Staff carry only one 3100 DECT handset yet are kept aware of critical alarms and messages.
The 3100 Series handles HD voice, enabling the clearest possible voice communications, graphical alarms and SMS texts.
Its new IP65 rating handles the splash, dirt and grease problems inherent in busy catering environments.
Alarms can be colour-coded, for example, the leisure centre alarm could be yellow, calls from security might be blue and emergency alarms red.
The 3100 delivers a true all-in-one communications solution for the hospitality market with one 3100 handset replacing pagers, other DECT handsets, mobiles, radios and ‘lone-worker’ location devices.
The 3100’s critical messaging server (CMS) handles all messaging and alarms, routing everything through a single DECT 3100 handset.
