Acting on behalf of a private vendor, Christie + Co has sold the leasehold interest of the Dog & Duck in Outwood, Surrey, to experienced operator Yvonne Wright, for an undisclosed sum.
Located in the affluent area of Outwood, near Redhill, the Dog & Duck is an attractive pub, which comprises a 60-cover main bar; a 50-cover restaurant; a 30-space car park; and four-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
Currently closed, the business also benefits from a 50-cover trade garden to the front; an attractive duck pond to the side; and a children’s play area and 50-cover patio area to the rear.
The Dog & Duck is the third pub in Surrey acquired by Yvonne Wright through Christie + Co, joining the Half Moon in Charlwood, and the Skimmington Castle in Reigate.
