Contractor Galliford Try has won a hotel building contract and a motorway service station job worth a combined £24.7m.
The firm will build a £16m four star hotel in Birmingham with 174 bedrooms for client Hotel La Tour and an £8.7m new motorway service area at Cherwell Valley in Oxfordshire for Moto Hospitality.
Galliford Try Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: ”We are delighted to secure these two contracts which demonstrate our broad expertise in the commercial sector.”
