Scalford Hall Management Training Centre and Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Dixon as the new General Manager.
Initially a General Manager in the UK, Bill then worked abroad as Operations and Training Manager at Malawi Hotels.
He continued his career overseas and held senior management positions with Park Royal Hotels in Australia, Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort in Penang, Malaysia, the luxury and multi award-winning Andaman Resort in Langkawi and Sutera Harbour Resort in Sabah.
Bill has a particular interest in food and service and has developed a number of excellent restaurants in several countries.
He is very keen to assist Scalford Hall in achieving a first AA rosette for good food as soon as possible.
