Acting on behalf of Penn Street Taverns, the Birmingham-based pub group, Christie + Co is marketing four freehold pubs in the West Midlands.
The four pubs comprise The Hampton, The Midland and the Beau Brummie, which are all located in Birmingham, and the Wednesbury-based The Bush. The Beau Brummie is based close to St Andrews, Birmingham City’s football stadium.
Available individually, the pubs range in price from £95,000 to £155,000.
Penn Street Taverns currently operates 15 pubs across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire.
